Fieldshare allows you to drill into the past, with date-based filters for not only activities and tasks but also files, costs, reports, and form entries. By keeping all relevant project communications within Fieldshare, performing internal audits is easy and comprehensive. You can filter for the subset of projects, people, or forms that you need, and then get answers right in Fieldshare or export to Excel or other tools for further analysis. Once a project is complete you can archive that data to keep your current views clutter-free, and still pull out archives later if you need them.
