Inviting People in Your Company

Fieldshare was created to bring people together and make teamwork easier. Using the People panel, it’s simple to invite colleagues to start using Fieldshare.

Sending invites

Only users with the Administrator role can invite people to join your company.

To invite people to join your company, open the People panel and click Invite People. Select 'My Company' and enter the email address of the person you want to invite. You can invite several people at once by entering multiple email addresses. Click the dropdown below the email input and choose a role for the new user(s). When you’re ready, click Send to send the invite(s). Pending invitations are shown at the bottom of your company’s people list.

People you invite will receive an email with information about using Fieldshare, and a link to create an account. If you invite someone to join your company who is already an Fieldshare user at another company, their invite will ask them to change companies or create another account.
