After 20 years as an environmental engineer managing complex projects across BC and Alberta, our founder Chris Kam saw the same problem everywhere: spreadsheets and disconnected systems couldn’t handle critical field data.
He built Fieldshare (then Arkit) to solve it. What started as his own project management tool became an MVP tested with Alberta oil and gas clients. Their feedback confirmed this wasn’t just an environmental problem it was universal.
